Invictus Developments Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based real estate investment company, privately owned by the family of the Musim Mas Group. The company focuses on investments in the hospitality sector, with a geographical focus on the Asia-Pacific region, particularly Singapore, Australia, and Japan.

In Singapore, the company owns The Standard, Singapore hotel and industrial properties, and previously held commercial shophouses, which were divested in 2024. In Australia, Invictus Developments owns a cluster of boutique heritage hotels managed by EVT under the independent Ode Hotels brand. Soon to join the portfolio is 39 York Street, an office-to-hotel conversion in the heart of the Sydney Central Business District. In Japan, the company completed the acquisition of lyf Ginza Tokyo in 2024, marking its strategic entry into the Japanese hospitality market.
