The company focuses on investments in the hospitality sector, with a geographical focus on the Asia Pacific region, in particular Singapore, Australia and Japan.

In Singapore, the company owns The Standard, Singapore hotel, commercial shophouses and industrial properties. In Australia, Invictus Developments is the owner of a cluster of boutique heritage hotels, managed by EVT under the independent Ode Hotels banner. Joining the portfolio soon is 39 York Street, an office-to-hotel conversion in the heart of the Sydney Central Business District.

In 2024, the company completed the acquisition of lyf Ginza, marking the company’s foray into the hospitality landscape in Japan.
